Volunteering adds a sense of purpose to one's life and brings about good to one's society. But many people volunteer even before they themselves realise how much commitment they can provide and what are the hardships that come with volunteering in a certain community/region. When would you consider volunteering outside of your own community? What would you like to get out of the experience? Would you rather seek employment in an international social-welfare organization than volunteer?
