Empowering rural Bangladesh through education

RATIONALE

The idea for creating a website that highlights the inspirational work that takes place in Bangladesh took form not simply because Bangladesh is where I am from. I decided to create this website because of the realization that most of the teaching practices we study and discuss do not take into account the environments where resources are few and challenges are abundant. This site, I hope, would encourage you towards educating (or at least contributing to educating) individuals living in disadvantaged conditions so that they may become self-sufficient and are able to sustain some form of livelihood.
